Timing: It takes an average of 1 hour from the Foz do Iguacu city centre to the Puerto Iguazu city centre, and another hour back. The maximum time allowance at the restaurant is 2 hours.

Frequency: You may schedule a pickup at select times suitable for lunch or dinner  – 7 days a week.

Vehicles

Vehicles are no older than 5 years, and are insured against damages to the passenger regardless of whether in Brazil, Argentina or Paraguay.  Drivers hold credentials from the Sest Senat training school in Foz do Iguaçu.

For 1 - 4 passengers - Private Sedan - Toyota Corolla, Chevrolet Zafira, Chevrolet Meriva or similar

For 5 - 15 passengers - Private MiniVan - Renault Master, Mercedes Sprinter or similar

Pickup Areas:  Locations within the city limits of Foz do Iguacu. If staying at the Belmond Das Cataratas Hotel, there is an extra charge for this service that you can add on the next page.

Border Crossings

Your driver will guide you through the process of exiting Brazil and entering Argentina.

Important - this transfer crosses an international border. It is your responsibility to have the correct documents to complete the immigration processes.  

Canadian passport holders need to pay an Argentine reciprocity fee online. You must have your receipt printed to present to the Argentine immigration control before arriving. You can register and pay this fee here:  pay reciprocity fee.
