We offer the fastest transfer from Ilha Grande to Rio de Janeiro!  

Our vehicles are new and equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi, security camera, satellite tracker and include passenger insurance. Our drivers are experienced and will transport you safely, comfortably, and quickly!

On your confirmation, we will provide you with a meeting point in Abraao, not far from the main pier, where you need to check in 20 minutes before your boat departure. Our representative will escort you to your boat, in time for the crossing to the mainland, where you will disembark the boat in the small fishing village of Conceição de Jacareí.  The boat crossing is made in a speedboat and takes around 20 minutes.

Here your van will be waiting to transfer you to either the Rio airport or your accommodation in the city is located in the drop-off zones listed below.

You have the option of choosing from 2 departures per day: 

FIRST DEPARTURE - 10:00 am

SECOND DEPARTURE - 17:00 pm

AIRPORT DROP OFFS - if you need to take a flight the same day, pick a departure with plenty of time to get you to the airport in time for check-in, considering possible delays caused by weather or road conditions. 

CITY DROP-OFF ZONES -  with a few exceptions, the van is able to drop you off at accessible locations in the following Rio de Janeiro neighborhoods: 

Downtown/Centro, Lapa, Flamengo, Laranjeiras, Catete, Gloria, Botafogo, Humaita, Leme, Copacabana, Arpoador, Ipanema, Leblon, Gavea, Jardim Botanico.

The van will not drop off at the following locations:

- Barra da Tijuca,
- Sheraton Leblon, and any other location on Av. Niemeyer,
- Vidigal & Sao Conrado,
- Location accessed by Ladeira Ary Barroso street on the hill of Leme, 
- Rua Saint Romain & other streets accessed by it,
- Maracana area (except directly at the stadium)
- Areas around the GIG international Airport,
- Others located out of pickup zones or difficult for the van to access.

If staying in one of the above places, we will be dropped off at the closest safe location and must make your way from there to your accommodation.

IMPORTANT -  Although we do everything we can to stick to the above schedule, the reality of transfers into a big city means that there are possibilities of road delays which could affect the schedule on your day of travel. The above times are a guide only and based on daily averages rather than rigid schedules.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES: 

Luggage allowance is 1 standard sized suitcase or backpack per person and 1 carry-on bag per person.  The carry-on item needs to able to fit at your feet or on your lap if no other space available with rest of luggage.

The boat crossing from Abraao is included with your booking and the boat portion of the trip will be operated by a third party speedboat ferry company.

There are no vehicles on Ilha Grande, and you will need to make your own way to the meeting point near the Abraao pier, and be there at least 20 minutes before departure to check-in. There are Porters on the island which you may hire to cart your luggage from your hotel. 

The van first stops at the RIO International Airport (GIG) to make a drop-off, before continuing into the city.
