This is a special late night departure which requires a minimum of 2 people to confirm.
Timing your departure: To give yourself the best chance of making this departure, you can use the following as a guide.
- Domestic Flights - your flight should arrive before 1:15 am.
- International Flights - your flight should arrive before 12:45 am.
Please understand that we take no responsibility what so ever if you exit the baggage claim area too late to make your scheduled departure.
Delayed Flights: If you arrive late, there are no other departures. The van can wait until 02:15 pm before departing, and if you arrive after this the service become a 'no show'.
Vehicle: Shuttle Vans or Mini Bus
Currency: Brazilian Real (R$)
Airport Reception: If your flight is scheduled to arrive between 07:00 am & 02:00 am, you will be met by our representative upon exit, who will be holding a sign. The receptionist will wait at the exit for 1 hour 15 minute after your flight arrives. If you do not exit in that time you need to make contact and proceed to the meeting point.
Average Travel Time: 3.5 hrs (when no traffic)
Drop off Locations: Licensed hotels, pousadas, and hostels located on the Buzios peninsula only. If staying in a rental residence (eg. Airbnb), you will be dropped off at closest hotel. If you are staying on Rua das Pedras, this is a pedestrian street only, and drop off will be at a location nearby.
Baggage Allowance Per Person: 1 standard sized principal suitcase or backpack + 1 small carry on item. Contact us before booking if you plan to travel with more luggage.
